Windows, Frames Doors & Sills

Pristine Clean Nottingham don't only clean the glass on your property but also the frames, doors & sills.  We DO NOT use dirty bucket water and rags but only PURE WATER which leaves your property shining.

Before 2 After 2 Before 3 After 3

Pristine Clean Nottingham only use PURE WATER for their Window Cleaning

Although tap water looks clean it actually contains a lot of dissolved chemicals and minerals. The amount will vary from area to area (Hard & Soft water regions). It is these minerals (mainly calcium and magnesium) that leave white residues on glass.  To find out from Severn Trent Water what the quality of water is like in your area, please click here.

  • Only Pure Water
  • No Contracts
  • You'll know when we're coming
  • No ladders
  • Cleaning as and when you like
  • Environmental Friendly

The water purification technology de-mineralises and de-ionises tap water to remove these impurities and produce pure water.

Pure water is by far the best product to clean windows:

The nature of water means it does not like being pure and it strives to return to it's impure state. To do this it actually absorbs dirt particles from the glass thus aiding the cleaning process.

Because of the aggressive strength of pure water, we do not need to use cleaning detergents on the windows which is much better for the environment.

Because the impurities have been removed, we do not need to squeegee the windows, we simply rinse the glass after brushing to leave an excellent streak free finish.

Environmental Friendly Cleaning

The Window Cleaning industry isn't a large contributor to environmental pollution but it does have an impact, and anything we can do to lessen any potential damage is a step in the right direction.

Our most common contribution to possible environmental damage is the use of detergents when carrying out Traditional Window Cleaning, as detergents have been identified as polluters of groundwater and river water. At Pristine Clean Nottingham, we take our responsibilities seriously, and even though it's only a small contribution.

The water-fed pole system is our most used window cleaning method, but that only uses de-ionised water. The filters in the filtration system we use to produce the de-ionised water do need to be replaced, which we send back to our suppliers for recycling.

Our contribution to saving the planet may be small but we do try to make a difference.

Training

Owner, David Lucas has been fully trained by The British Window Cleaning Academy (BWCA).  This knowledge and training is passed onto all of our staff.  To read more about the BWCA, please click here.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Most of our customers opt for a monthly or 6 weekly window clean.  However, this is entirely up to you, we do not dictate this.  We use a scheduling system and will contact you when your windows are due to be cleaned.  As long as you're happy, we're happy!

Are there any contracts?

There is NO CONTRACT.  We want our customers to feel happy and comfortable that should their circumstances change that they are not bound to an agreement.

How will you know when we're coming along?

We often hear our new customers say "we had a window cleaner but we never knew when he was coming".  With Pristine Clean Nottingham, YOU WILL ALWAYS KNOW WHEN WE'RE COMING ALONG, we do not turn up unannounced.  You will receive either a text message or a telephone call at least the day before your cleaning.  This enables you to leave any access gates unlocked and for you to provide us with any special instructions.

Privacy

We do not use ladders for the majority of our window cleaning, this therefore gives you more privacy in your own home whilst we're cleaning.

How is payment accepted?

To make things easier for you, we accept payments via various sources such as: Cash, Cheques, Standing Orders and Internet Bank transfers.
